Initial situation:

In the automobile area, lights not only play a technical role but are also used as a design element.

Aim:

The design of the lamp with which my client appears in international business transactions is to be protected.

Solution:

In intensive discussions with my client I first determined in which countries and for what protection is required. Since the aim was defined that protection is required for the appearance of the lamp and the actual area of operation relates to Europe, a design application was made at the Office for Harmonization and now protection for the design of the lamp lasting up to 25 years exists in the entire area of the European Union.
